We offer service, trust, security and quality, even after you have received the products.

We work constantly to optimize our delivery deadlines and to keep the delivery times as short as possible, because it is also our interest that you as a customer receive your products as soon and safe as possible.

Please note that:

For the delivery, we need two to four working days, depending on the distance.

The delivery and production times shall be extended if there are holidays, for example Easter, Christmas and public holidays.

Please keep in mind that we are dealing with sensitive products and not with goods such as clothes, books or CDs, which are available in stock, easy to pack and can be send by post immediately. Therefore, we are delivering our products on a route planned especially for you with our own vehicles and drivers.

For this reason, we have decided to deliver the products with our own drivers and vehicles and little by little we built our fleet and structured the shipping logistics. As a result, customer complaints dropped from 40% to 1%. The reason for this is that our drivers are properly schooled and trained for transporting fragile products. A further advantage is that our drivers are well aware of the kind of products they carry, and therefore they make sure that no damages occur. That is why we are asking you to have sympathy for our delivery times.

It is very important to us that you as a customer of Holzplatte are satisfied with our delivered products. However, in the unlikely event of a damage, we personally collect the products and exchange them.

We are on the move for you when it snows, or when it's windy with our own drive system or, if necessary, with that of others :)

No matter how, you will receive your products!

In Austria or in Switzerland there are addresses, which are impossibly or very hard to reach by normal paths or in case of special weather conditions.

Furthermore, there are places where one can arrive only with ferries, by mountain railways or similar means of transportation or which would imply for our drivers an inappropriate detour even on a normal stretch of road/serpentine roads.

Please inform us in advance about these circumstances and the related expenses. Additional fees for e.g. ferries or mountain railway, are being paid directly by you upon delivery to the ferryman or the train operator in cash against a receipt. In such cases, please also understand that we can not meet fixed delivery deadlines.

Delivery will be carried out mainly with our own delivery vehicles. We deliver small parts or non-fragile items also through common shipping companies.

In case of heavy and bulky products, it can happen that our drivers need your help to safely carry the products to your door.

If you order products with different delivery times, we reserve the right, either to make partial deliveries or to ensure the overall delivery to the latest delivery date.

Our items are quality-controlled and safely packaged, so that you receive a flawless product. If, however, the products should be damaged during transport, please let us know without delay by e-mail or in written form.
